Chiefs win Super Bowl LVII

The Chiefs win their second Super Bowl title in four years

Glendale, Arizona – Super Bowl LVII was an annual celebration that was never seen before and many were looking forward to it. It was the first Super Bowl in its 57 years of existence that was led by two teams that featured superstar quarterbacks that were men of color.

Patrick Mahomes, 27, led the Kansas City Chiefs over Jalen Hurts, 24, and the Philadelphia Eagles with a score of 38-35. The Chiefs last won a Super Bowl title in 2020 against the San Francisco 49ers.

Super Bowl LVII was held in Glendale, Arizona, at the State Farm Stadium. This is the third time that State Farm Stadium has hosted the Super Bowl. Previous Super Bowls were Super Bowl XLII in 2008 and Super Bowl XLIX in 2015.

R&B/pop star, Rihanna, performed at this year’s halftime show that was sponsored by Apple Music.
